In 1999, Jordan became one of the first entrepreneurs in Europe to launch a fully integrated 24-hour television and radio streaming service with Invincible TV and Radio. Operating when online broadcasting was still in its infancy, the platforms provided early digital exposure for presenters, actors, musicians, and creatives who later went on to establish mainstream careers.

Strategic Reinvestment & Global Growth
Following the £30 million sale of Invincible, Jordan reinvested heavily into scaling cultural and entertainment platforms. Under his leadership, the Urban Music Awards evolved into the first major platform to successfully expand urban music recognition beyond Europe into Asia, the United States, and Africa—operating in 15 countries and building international infrastructure for the global urban music industry.

Building Republic Investment International
Jordan established Republic Investment International Group and International Media and News Group, overseeing a wide portfolio of media brands, technology platforms, telecommunications ventures, and consumer-focused companies. His real estate and hospitality portfolio grew to include Royal Garden hotels, restaurants, and over 163 properties worldwide.
